Role Overview:
We’re a fast-growing, founder-led e-commerce brand seeking a hands-on Performance/Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate scale through increased ad volume, improved funnel performance, and sharper execution.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work closely with both founders while owning significant executional responsibility across marketing channels and creative testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute end-to-end marketing efforts across Meta ads, landing pages, and email — with a primary focus on new customer acquisition. Build and optimize full-funnel experiences — from ad → landing page → popup → email. Write clear creative briefs and collaborate with designers to turn concepts into high-performing ads. Leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow to enhance output and efficiency. Implement and launch tests and experiments, measure performance, report on results, and make data-driven decisions. Analyze performance data and synthesize insights into clear, actionable strategies. Collaborate directly with founders and creative partners to move fast, learn continuously, and scale effectively.
Requirements
3+ years in performance or growth marketing (E-commerce or Shopify DTC preferred). Strong understanding of ad-to-landing-page conversion and customer journeys. Skilled at building and managing briefs. Comfortable turning creative and analytical insights into action. Organized, resourceful, and execution-oriented — you get things done. Clear communicator who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points:
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, Intelligems, or similar e-commerce platforms. Experience with AI or automation tools to streamline workflows. A sharp eye for high-performing creative and an understanding of what converts.
