<p>Description and Location Job Title: SOC Team Lead </p> <p>Location:Bangalore </p> <p> </p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p> Lead security operations in Bengaluru, ensuring timely threat detection and SLA compliance while bridging technical execution with client needs.</p> <p> Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Detect and notify threats promptly within customer environments.</p> <p>Manage team deliverables and scope against SLAs.</p> <p>Collaborate on infrastructure health and device integration.</p> <p>Align security procedures with industry best practices.</p> <p> </p> <p>Required Skills/Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Engineering.</p> <p> 4+ years total experience (2+ in SOC, 1+ in team management, 2+ client-facing).</p> <p>Strong SIEM/SOC operational knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: CCNA or CEH certification.</p>
