About this role
Duties to include: Welcome visitors and provide a brief introduction to the windmill and its history, Lead guided tours through the windmill, exhibition areas, and model railway, Provide information about the model railway and its connection to local transport and history, Answer visitor questions and provide additional information, Ensure visitor safety and follow site guidelines during tours Assist with ticketing, visitor flow, and general customer service, Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, Other duties as may be required.
