About this role
Reporting to the Sous Chef, the ideal candidate will prepare, cook and present high quality dishes in our kitchen - Assisting Sous Chef in creating menus and developing new dishes - Following Health and Safety Protocols - Practice extremely high level of Food Hygiene - Manage and Train Commi Chefs - Monitoring Waste & Waste Control - Third level qualification in Food related subject - Food Production, Culinary Arts etc
