QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or ND-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading complex engineering or technology projects by managing cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and sustainment within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. This includes developing program management plans, coordinating with senior stakeholders, resolving complex programmatic issues, and applying project management and systems engineering methodologies to deliver mission-critical shipboard interior communications capabilities.
