Job SummaryYou will serve as a NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST INSPECTOR TRAINING LEADER in the Quality Assurance Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Major DutiesYou will prepare course plans to provide detailed information regarding object of course, trainee ratings, prerequisites for entrance, schedule dates and hours for classes.You will prepare lesson plans and lecture outlines.You will develop and administer formal and informal examinations of inspection personnel to test progress in training or to determine qualifications.You will conduct formal nuclear and non-nuclear training sessions for Nondestructive Test Inspectors and Shipyard and Ships force personnel.You will survey Nondestructive test inspections for compliance.You will develop written procedures and technical documents and monitor and assess inspector performance.
