Job SummaryYou will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NWCF POM/Budget (N811), Budget (N81), Comptroller Department (N8), Military Sealift Command (MSC) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience formulating budget, POM, and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. Experience reviewing funds document usage to review and evaluate budget requests. Experience implementing fund certifications. Experience reviewing monthly and quarterly budget execution variances to present and defend estimates before authorities, and the controlling and reporting of obligations and expenditures. Experience implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets using NWCF financial policies and procedures.
