QualificationsIn order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Qualifying Experience: In order to qualify your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. Qualifying experience at the GG-07 is defined as: Assisting in the collection and basic review of technical data for planning; compiling information from multiple sources for reports and briefings; helping document standard operating procedures (SOPs); and organizing data for senior staff review. Qualifying experience at the GG-09 is defined as: Researching and analyzing technical data to identify key planning details; synthesizing complex information to produce analytical reports and briefings; collaborating with teams to develop organizational procedures; and interpreting data to support operational conclusions. Qualifying experience at the GG-11 is defined as: Independently analyzing complex technical data to develop operational plans; authoring comprehensive strategic reports and executive briefings using multi-source data; working with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate organizational frameworks; and evaluating complex data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Major DutiesServes as a member of the Future Capabilities and Innovation branch of the J5 Strategy, Plans, and Partnerships directorate at DCDC.Supports DCDC Data Analytic Support Cell initiatives to establish and refine Decision Support requirements, and leveraging technical expertise on Data Science.Supports DCDC Partnership initiatives with Industry and Critical Infrastructure.Integrates rapid prototyping efforts across the staff, providing product ownership and developer support as necessary.
