Scope of the RoleThe Business Development Representative (BDR) will fuel the company’s top-of-funnel growth by generating and qualifying leads, booking meetings, and building a strong pipeline for the Sales Team. This is an entry-to-mid level role with a clear career trajectory into Account Executive positions.
Duties and Responsibilities Prospect and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or SPICED Book meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives Maintain accurate data and activity logs in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach and meetings booked Requirements
Years of Experience 1–2 years in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required) Background Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Spanish/Portuguese a plus) Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-activity environments Tools and Software Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools is a plus
