Scope of the Role
The company is looking for a Video Editor to create compelling direct-response ad creatives from raw content. You’ll focus on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), with potential expansion into TikTok and others. The ideal candidate works quickly, creatively, and independently—delivering polished ads that convert.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video and photo assets into polished direct-response ads optimized for Meta Create multiple ad variations to test hooks, CTAs, and formats Collaborate with the marketing team to align creatives with brand voice and campaign goals Leverage AI tools (if applicable) to enhance or generate content (e.g., environments, effects, plug-and-play workflows) Ensure videos are platform-ready (aspect ratios, captions, file formats) Maintain fast turnaround times while delivering high-quality, creative work Requirements
Proven experience editing ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused content Skilled with editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal direction Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and attention-grabbing visuals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI tools for creative generation and editing Familiarity with TikTok ad formats and trends Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments
