Who you are To keep the pastry production running smoothly, it’s important that you, as a Production Worker meet the following requirements: - You are fluent in Dutch, German or English. - You are available between 2 - 4 days a week from Monday to Sunday. - You are flexible and available to work in a three-shift schedule: 06:15–16:00, 14:00–00:00, or 22:00–06:00. - You have your own transportation to get to Panningen. - You do not have food allergies. Once it is time to clock in, the journey starts with washing hands and cleaning shoes—safety and hygiene always come first! Together with a team of six motivated colleagues, the planning shows it is time to create those famous Tompouce Croissants. While the production line gets moving, everyone works together to prep the ingredients and keep the flow going.
