As a bricklayer, you'll be involved in various construction projects. These include residential building, non-residential building, renovation, extensions, refurbishment and maintenance. You'll ensure that walls, façades, internal partitions and other brickwork structures are built to be sturdy, neat and in accordance with the plans. Your duties may vary from project to project. Sometimes you'll be working on exposed brickwork, where the end result is immediately visible.
