As HR Data Specialist you will be responsible for guiding the HR processes during this client’s demerger. In turn you can expect a gross salary of up to €30.28 per hour. What you’ll be doing As mentioned above, this client is going through a demerger. As HR Data Specialist, you will be supporting the HR team by testing system implementation, validating data, and mapping HR processes. Additionally, you will also be responsible for: - Supporting successful implementation and optimization of HR systems (such as Workday) through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Validating process flows - Correcting data discrepancies - Providing operational support to the HR team, both in office and the factory - Coordinating implementation of benefits - Supporting employees’ queries - Improving Hub collaboration, templates, and policies In this position you will report directly to the HR Lead for Benelux. You will directly support an international HR team of about six people. Together with your team your work supports 600+ employees across the Netherlands & Belgium.
