By connecting financial and non-financial data, you help colleagues across the business unit understand what is happening, what it means, and what comes next. You collaborate closely with stakeholders across disciplines, from operations to commercial teams, and contribute to financial projects that improve how we work. In doing so, you help strengthen both our financial foundation and our ability to move forward as an organization. Your responsibilities In this role, you make sure finance is not something that happens in the background, but something that actively supports decision-making and progress. You: Translate financial and non-financial data into insights that are understandable and actionable for the business. Take ownership of the financials and make sure the numbers are sound: clear, consistent and reliable as the basis for reporting and decision-making. Provide the right insights at the right moment, helping teams make informed choices. Identify trends, risks and opportunities, and make them visible before they become issues. Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and take initiative to implement improvements. Actively participate in financial and cross-functional projects that strengthen Nedap as a whole.
