Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partnerships Manager to build, grow, and optimize high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, marketing, and product — identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and nurturing relationships that expand the company’s ecosystem.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to unlock new distribution channels, co-marketing opportunities, and integrations that directly accelerate company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities (agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts). Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution. Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive measurable growth (customer acquisition, revenue, or retention). Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners. Work with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure smooth technical implementation. Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and expand networks. Requirements

4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies. Proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results. Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in affiliate, channel, or platform partnerships. Existing network in the SaaS / martech ecosystem. Exposure to global markets and distributed teams.
