Overview
We are seeking for a highly analytical and creative Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with deep expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven growth. This role is critical to scaling performance across web and product experiences, directly impacting conversion rates on traffic volumes ranging from 10 million to 600 million+ visitors.
You will partner closely with developers, marketing, and product leaders to hypothesize, test, and implement winning experiments that drive measurable revenue growth and customer success outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own the CRO roadmap and testing strategy across website, product onboarding, and acquisition funnels. Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer journey. Collaborate with developers to implement tests and validate results in production environments. Leverage analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-offs and prioritize highest-impact opportunities. Build dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and business impact. Partner with CS, Growth, and CRO leadership to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives. Ensure test velocity and learnings are continuously documented and shared across the organization. Requirements
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth, or related roles. Strong technical expertise in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar). Proficiency with web analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and strong SQL skills. Experience running experiments at scale (10–600M users/visitors). Ability to partner with developers and CS teams to execute experiments effectively. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly. Strong project management skills and experience driving initiatives end-to-end.

SaaS / growth-stage company experience. Understanding of retention marketing and email optimization. Exposure to large-scale personalization and segmentation strategies.
