Kerry Eircode: V92 C82Y Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605 per annum Vacancies: 3 OSG Property Development Ltd. is seeking a plumber to join our team. Duties will include: This role involves maintaining and installing plumbing systems across our residential and commercial bathroom refurbishment projects to ensure quality service. Key Responsibilities: Review drawings to plan the layout of plumbing systems for bathroom installations. Measure, cut, and join pipes (copper, steel, or plastic) using hand or machine tools. Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, taps, showers, baths, and radiators. Test installations for leaks and perform necessary adjustments. Qualifications and Experience: No formal academic requirements Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven experience in installing and maintaining plumbing systems (2 years) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
