About this role
• Own technical direction for nuclear-side engineering activities, including safety and performance objectives. • Lead cross-functional integration between nuclear requirements, radiation transport, thermal, and mechanical design. • Drive technical decision-making and ensure designs meet safety margins and operational constraints. • Coordinate development of technical evidence supporting compliance, review, and verification activities. • Identify and manage technical and regulatory risks, including mitigation plans and informed trade decisions. • Provide technical guidance to engineers and support readiness for testing, documentation, and audits. Scope: Nuclear-side technical leadership; integration across disciplines; compliance-minded evidence ownership.
