Your Role
As an Operations & Analytics Specialist, you will take ownership of critical tools and processes that support supply chain operations, forecasting, and performance analytics.

Manage and execute key operational processes, including: Box and product-level forecasting Box pick logic (from orders to fulfillment) Logistics analytics Customer care analytics Serve as the subject-matter expert on your assigned tools, data flows, and processes Work cross-functionally to optimize and streamline data pipelines Continuously improve tools, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and smarter operations

Your Experience & Skills
Required:
3–5 years in an analytical or operational role Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills Proven experience owning tools/processes that drive business outcomes Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (automation preferred) SQL experience (professional or academic), with ability to write/refine queries Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau Basic to intermediate experience in Python, R, or similar languages Experience creating reports/dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage and structure complex, unstructured problems
