A Premium Ethical Clothing Brand based in US is looking for AI-first UGC & Influencer Manager to build a high-output creator engine. You’ll own the entire UGC flywheel — from smart outreach to content QA to campaign-ready delivery. This role blends taste and tech: your eye for talent will shape the voice of the brand, while your AI-driven workflow will generate 300+ assets monthly.
Responsibilities:
AI-assisted outreach to 40–50 new creators/week via SARAL, Archive App, and GPT Coordinate 20+ weekly product sends and creator briefings Use GPT-4 and Descript to QA, tag, and script UGC asset variations Manage Airtable pipeline with Notion + automation integrations Build a top-tier pool of 15–20 recurring ambassadors per quarter Deliver UGC asset packs to paid, email, and social teams weekly
Requirements
Requirements:
3+ years in influencer/UGC ops or brand partnerships in DTC apparel Proficient with SARAL, Archive, Notion, Descript, Airtable, and automation tools Exceptional taste and judgment: can curate UGC to match TCTC’s A01 tone Fast and flexible: thrives in a content-rich, AI-first environment Strong communicator, hyper-organized, brand-aligned AI-First Success Metrics:
40–50 creator outreaches/week 300+ UGC assets/month 250+ QA’d and campaign-ready assets/month 75+ UGC integrations/month into ads and email 15–20 top-tier creator relationships per quarter
