About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maximise occupancy, and ensure exceptional tenant experiences for our [residential/commercial/mixed] portfolio. You’ll be the face of our properties—balancing tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Tenant & Leasing Management:
Market vacancies, screen applicants (credit/background checks), and execute leases in compliance with fair housing/local laws. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and handle tenant communications/conflict resolution. 2. Maintenance & Vendor Coordination:
Schedule repairs, inspections, and emergencies with trusted vendors (plumbers, electricians, and cleaners). Perform routine property walkthroughs to uphold safety and curb appeal. 3. Financial Oversight:
Collect rent, track delinquencies, and enforce lease terms. Prepare monthly owner statements, annual budgets, and expense reports. 4. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to local housing regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies. Document incidents, maintenance logs, and lease agreements. Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Must-Have:
3+ years in property management (residential/commercial). Working knowledge of leasing laws, tenant rights, and basic accounting. Proficiency with property software (AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager). Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills.
✔ Preferred:
Certification (e.g., CAM, CAPS, CPM) or real estate license.
