About this role

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven E-commerce Sales & Product Manager to oversee our Off-Price accounts and select grocery + retail ecommerce accounts. This role will be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities to accelerate growth in our hair accessories product line.

Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Account Management: Lead and manage relationships with Grocery, Pharmacy distributors, and Off-Price retailers, ensuring a seamless experience that drives both revenue and long-term partnerships. Proactively identify and seize new sales opportunities to expand our market presence. Client Satisfaction & Retention: Develop strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain strong, ongoing relationships and increase repeat business. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting thorough research on consumer needs, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Collaborate with internal teams to gather input on product features, functionality, and technology requirements. Create and manage a strategic product roadmap that aligns with sales goals, ensuring a continuous flow of new and innovative products.

Requirements

C1 English Level 4+ years’ experience in e-commerce sales, account management, or product management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry Strong knowledge of the hair accessories market, including emerging trends and competitive landscape, desirable but not essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on driving sales, growth and customer satisfaction.
