Job Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to different departments within the company, assisting with day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and other business tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. We are looking for a Rockstar!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents. Handle customer inquiries/feedback and manage communications across multiple channels. Maintain data entry tasks and update company databases Assist in organizing and tracking projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Assist in project research for supplies (ingredients,packaging etc) and other internal requisitions Prepare reports Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Virtual assistant is required Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) are preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to work cross functionally, flexibility in tasks is very important Experience in e-commerce or social media management is a plus. Accountability, sense of ownership, and organization skills are required for this role
