**EXPERIENCED CHEF WANTED – FULL-TIME POSITION AT BISTRO BAY, FINLAND** **Are you looking for a kitchen where excellence is the standard?** Bistro Bay in Uusikaupunki, Finland is looking for an experienced chef to join our team in a permanent full-time position. Were not just looking for another employee—were looking for a long-term team member we can invest in and grow with. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes responsibility, performs well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys cooking high-quality food. **What will you be cooking?** Our kitchen prepares a wide selection of dishes every day, including: - À la carte dishes - Gourmet burgers - Pizzas - Lunch service The work is varied, fast-paced and rewarding. Sometimes youll run a station independently, but most of the time youll work alongside a kitchen team. On our busiest days we prepare high amount of dishes, so organisation, speed and consistency are essential. **What were looking for** - At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience - Ability to work independently - Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure - Passion for quality food - Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Finnish language skills are **not required**. English is sufficient.
