Enersense Engineering is currently looking for a Junior Cost Controller to join our client's team in Porvoo, Finland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with numbers, supporting project teams, and developing their expertise in project controls within an industrial environment. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Support project cost monitoring and reporting * Assist in preparing cost forecasts and budgets * Track project costs and identify deviations * Collect and maintain cost data and documentation * Prepare regular cost reports for the project team * Work closely with project managers, planners, and finance teams * Support continuous improvement of cost control processes Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or studies in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field * Previous experience in cost control, finance or a related field * Good analytical and numerical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work * Good communication skills is in English We follow pay transparency principles and the salary level and the criteria used to determine it will be communicated to candidates before the interview.
