Our client is a key HR partner within a large Belgian organisation, supporting major entities with their HR and legal strategy. The Legal & Knowledge department plays a central role in ensuring a consistent, compliant and forward-thinking legal framework across all HR-related matters. The team is structured in expertise-driven clusters, with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing and real business impact. Jobomschrijving Provide legal advice and in-depth analyses on working time regulations (working schedules, overtime, part-time work, leave schemes) Translate legislation into clear frameworks, policies and operational guidelines Support HR stakeholders with pragmatic and business-oriented recommendations Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal regulations Monitor legal developments and anticipate their impact on the organisation Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR and legal topics Deliver trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions Master's degree in Belgian Law Minimum 5 years of experience in employment/social law Strong interest or experience in working time regulations Experience in a social secretariat or advisory role is a strong asset Analytical, structured and detail-oriented mindset Team player with strong communication skills Dutch fluent + professional level of French
