Jobomschrijving As a Product Manager Acquiring your responsibilities are: Lead the end-to-end delivery of acquiring products, from concept and prioritization through to production and continuous improvement. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of payment initiatives. Own and optimize acquiring solutions, including merchant acquiring services, payment APIs and card payment processing flows. Define and maintain clear product priorities based on business objectives, operational needs and customer requirements. Monitor product performance, stability, scalability and reliability while ensuring compliance with payment industry standards. Act as the key point of coordination between stakeholders, managing dependencies, expectations and project delivery timelines. Drive improvements across the acquiring ecosystem by leveraging insights from data, customer feedback and market developments. Contribute to the evolution of card payment processes, including Authorization, Capture, Clearing and Settlement flows. Bring structure to product development processes, clarify ownership and improve collaboration across teams. Produce detailed product documentation, business requirements and delivery reports to support decision-making and execution. A successful Product Manager Acquiring should have: A strong background in product management within financial services or a related industry. Expertise in acquiring solutions and a deep understanding of the banking and financial services sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
