Jobomschrijving As a successful Digital Growth Specialist your responsibilities are: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee and optimise e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and performance. Monitor and analyse key metrics to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online campaigns. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Stay updated on digital trends and implement innovative solutions. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns. As a successful Digital Growth Specialist you should have: A degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. At least 2 years of e-commerce experience. Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance. Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for digital marketing and e-commerce. (bol.com, Amazon,...) Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiar with SEO and digital ads. Fluent in Dutch, English and good knowledge of French. Affinity with animals is a plus.
