Jobomschrijving As a Fund Administration Manager, your responsibilities are:* Oversee the administrative, operational and regulatory management of Belgian UCITS/SICAV structures. * Coordinate with Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, Depositaries, Auditors and Regulators to ensure smooth fund operations. * Prepare, review and validate regulatory, financial and tax reporting requirements. * Participate in Board Meetings, contribute to governance topics and present key fund-related matters. * Manage dividend distribution processes, tax obligations and investor documentation. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, including FSMA requirements, PRIIPs and fund tax frameworks. * Monitor service providers and custodians while maintaining strong external stakeholder relationships. * Drive process improvements and enhance the quality, accuracy and efficiency of fund administration activities. * Act as a key point of contact for audits, regulatory reviews and fund-related projects. * Contribute to the strategic development and governance of investment fund structures. A successful Fund Administration Manager should have: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven expertise in fund administration and financial services operations. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking and financial services sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial systems and software tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
