Jobomschrijving As a Process analyst officer your responsibilities are: Taking ownership of assigned business processes and ensuring they remain aligned with business objectives, internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating closely with stakeholders from Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations. Supporting the design and enhancement of digital customer journeys and operational processes to improve customer experience. Preparing process documentation, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and compliance. Acting as a key point of contact between business and support teams to facilitate operational efficiency and successful project delivery. Developing communication and training materials to support the implementation of new processes and best practices. Monitoring process performance, identifying operational risks and contributing to sustainable business growth. A successful Process analyst officer should have: A background in banking or financial services operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in implementing operational improvements. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial sector. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. An ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
