Are you a hands-on technical professional who enjoys taking responsibility in a modern production environment? You operate and correctly set up production machines. You monitor the entire production process and intervene where necessary. You perform quality checks and contribute ideas for improvements. You work as part of a team and help ensure a safe and clean working environment. What do you bring? An interest in technology and production. You work accurately and take initiative. Willingness to work in shifts. Experience as an operator is a plus, but certainly not a must — motivation and eagerness to learn matter most!
