For an international production company specializing in high-quality technologies in Izegem, we are looking for a CNC Miller / Programmer (day shift) . What will you do? Based on technical drawings, independently produce precision mechanical parts Program on the machine and optimize finishing methods where needed Interpret and process mechanical components when required Create prototypes for the R&D department, with access to an extensive machine park Monitor quality, safety, and accuracy at every step of the process Who are you? Degree in mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial sciences, or equivalent experience Proven experience as a CNC miller in Heidenhain with 3-axis Ability to program independently on the machine and optimize finishing methods Strong mechanical insight and ability to read technical drawings Talent for fine work and precise, quality-conscious working Safety-oriented and orderly in your working attitude Team player with a strong sense of responsibility Good knowledge of English
