About this role

Your Role As an Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and maintenance of security systems. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from private residences to large-scale commercial installations. Your Responsibilities Install and connect alarm systems, fire detection systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems. Configure and program detectors, control panels, and alarm transmission systems. Commission, test, and fine-tune installations in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system malfunctions. Provide technical support and assistance to customers. Complete digital service reports and maintain accurate documentation of your work. Advise customers and recommend suitable security solutions. Your Profile You hold a degree in Electricity, Electronics, or have equivalent technical experience. You have an interest in or experience with security systems, fire detection, and CCTV systems. A certification in fire detection and/or intrusion detection is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain one. You are accurate, independent, and solution-oriented. You hold a valid Category B driving licence. You are trustworthy, discreet, and customer-focused. You have an excellent command of English.
