Are you technically skilled, detail-oriented, and looking for a varied role in a warm, family-owned company? Then this position as Mould Technician could be the perfect fit for you! In this role, you will be responsible for the correct assembly and disassembly of moulds. Every changeover is carried out with great attention to detail and in line with established procedures, ensuring that all equipment remains in perfect condition. Careful handling and precision are key. After a thorough onboarding period and once you have gained sufficient experience, you will also be responsible for restarting machines after a changeover. In addition, you will support the mould department with various tasks such as: Maintenance and repair of moulds Assembling and fine-tuning moulds Providing general technical support No two days are the same! Strong mechanical knowledge is essential Able to work very precisely and neatly Experience in a similar technical role is an advantage Skilled in setting up production machines and tools Able to plan efficiently and set priorities, both independently and in a team Methodical approach, following procedures with an eye for improvement Quick to analyse, report, and adjust when needed Positive, constructive attitude Good command of English is required, as one colleague communicates exclusively in English
