Depending on your interests and background, you may be eligible for one of the following roles: Mechanical Technician Electrical Technician Depending on the direction you choose, the specific requirements and conditions will differ. We would be happy to discuss the available opportunities with you in person. A diploma in a technical field Technical insight and problem-solving ability Several years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role, ideally within a production or industrial environment Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, department heads, and external suppliers The ability to work independently as well as in cooperation with other departments and teams Willingness to work in a 6-shift system (see below)
