Bedrijfsomschrijving Our client is an established industrial manufacturing company operating in an international environment . The organisation produces technically complex components and continues to invest in modern machinery, employee development and advanced production methods. The workplace is located in the West Flanders region and offers a stable, professional working environment with regular daytime hours. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and programming CNC lathes independently. Working primarily with 3-axis turning machines. Programming and operating machines equipped with Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls. Reading and interpreting technical drawings prepared by the engineering department. Selecting the correct tools, machining parameters and production methods. Producing mainly individual components and small quantities rather than repetitive mass-production work. Measuring finished components and comparing the results with the specifications on the technical drawing. You should have: A technical diploma with relevant knowledge of CNC machining and machine controls. Practical experience with CNC turning machines. A good understanding of technical drawings. An interest in producing complex and unique components rather than repetitive series.
