Role Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and articulate Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a warm, personable manner. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services. Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions. Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules. Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless client experiences. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and solicit feedback on services. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role. Great Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Not Robotic: Ability to engage with clients in a warm, friendly, and personable manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
