Responsibilities Gather and analyze functional requirements to translate them into detailed technical specifications for development teams. Conduct research and design new features to optimize existing software components. Coordinate with analysts from various departments to clarify integrations and manage cross-team dependencies. Oversee the end-to-end delivery process to ensure solution quality and consistency. Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams to resolve complex problems. Requirements You possess 3+ years of experience in functional analysis within software development environments. You're able to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical documentation. You're a proactive communicator who takes full ownership of projects and acts as a bridge between stakeholders. You possess a solution-oriented mindset and thrive in collaborative, multi-team environments. You are fluent in Dutch and English . Nice to Haves Affinity with software development and integration projects. Understanding of software architecture , data flows , and system integrations. Prior experience with document management systems or platforms such as Alfresco .
