About this role
We need a people-focused Team Coach who feels comfortable working with a mix of personalities and stays calm and approachable under pressure. You help create a positive team atmosphere and you remain calm and respectful in a varied team environment. Coach and support warehouse workers so they can work safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Motivate the team and help them reach daily targets. Follow up on work schedules (limited administration). Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operational Manager. Your Profile Willing to work in 2 shifts and occasionally on Saturdays. Strong people and coaching skills : you enjoy guiding and motivating others. Calm, positive, and level-headed in all situations. Hands-on, proactive, and reliable under pressure. Good communication skills in English . Experience in a similar role is a plus, but people skills are most important . Basic PC or administration skills are a plus.
