Role Name: ICT Business Analyst - Consultant (Medior) Location: Brussels & Ghent, Belgium Remote Work: Yes (Hybrid – 2 to 3 Days Onsite per Week) Start Date: 16/07/2026 End Date: 15/07/2027 (Initial contract until end of 2027) Language Requirement: Dutch (CEFR C2) Context / Project Background Eigen Vermogen Digitaal Vlaanderen is looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support the convergence and simplification of multiple digital service portals within the Flemish Government. The consultant will play a key role in business analysis, process optimisation, CRM improvements, and stakeholder collaboration. The objective is to simplify the digital service landscape by delivering a seamless user journey, improving CRM processes, and ensuring a consistent digital experience across government services. The role involves facilitating workshops, modelling business processes, documenting requirements, and supporting development and implementation teams using modern collaboration platforms and Agile methodologies.
