The client is a real estate developer active in high-quality residential and mixed-use projects. Jobomschrijving Review design plans, propose technical optimisations, and define commercial specifications. Develop, manage, and monitor construction budgets, costs, and timelines. Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other partners. Coordinate architects, contractors, and subcontractors during project execution. Act as the main point of contact for investors, stakeholders, and end clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Master's degree in Industrial Sciences, Construction, or Architecture. Proven experience in project management with a developer or contractor. Strong negotiation skills with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Experience on residential projects over 20 units and/or B2B projects (offices, warehouses, etc.). Strong organizational and communication skills.
