Location : Brabant Wallon Start date : ASAP Duration : 6 month++ Long term Context : We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active WMS within a retail environment. This is a strategic transformation role requiring a hands-on leader who can drive delivery, align business and IT stakeholders, manage change, and ensure a successful go-live. Beyond project management, you will help shape warehouse processes, support business teams, and create confidence throughout the program. Key Responsibilities Lead the full Manhattan Active WMS implementation (design, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare). Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks and governance. Coordinate Business, IT, Operations, Integration, Data Migration, Testing, Training and Change Management. Drive stakeholder engagement and business readiness. Facilitate process design workshops and support warehouse process transformation. Coach project teams and foster collaboration across all stakeholders. Ensure successful deployment and smooth transition to operations. 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience. Proven experience delivering WMS implementation projects, ideally Manhattan Active WMS . Strong background in retail, warehousing or supply chain operations. French Fluent and nice English Mandatory Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
