We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep/Expediter to join our team in Boulder. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers while also ensuring efficient order processing and expediting. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing the flow of orders will be crucial to our success. You will learn to make all our delicious products.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanorProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly entered into our systemExpedite orders to meet customer deadlines and expectationsMonitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customersResolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic mannerMaintain accurate customer records and update information when necessaryMaintain high standards when making all of our menu itemsIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriateStay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role preferred, but not requiredExperience in order processing or expediting is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in using order management systems is a plusAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs You must be 16 years or age or older. We are looking for part-time help.
