We are now looking for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our daytime operations in Restaurant Liv. Your Role As Restaurant Manager for Day Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during breakfast, lunch, conferences, and daytime events. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure smooth daily operations, and create an environment where both guests and employees thrive. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team during daily operations Create memorable guest experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty Recruit, onboard, and develop top hospitality talent Plan staffing and schedules to balance guest experience and business needs Ensure operational excellence and adherence to service standards Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest journeys Follow up on budgets, forecasts, staffing costs, and key performance indicators Drive a positive and engaging workplace culture Who We're Looking For You are a natural leader who enjoys being present where the action is happening. You're equally comfortable supporting your team during busy service periods as you are working with planning, staffing, and operational improvements behind the scenes.
