Key job responsibilities This position involves: - Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs - Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures - Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations) - Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment - On-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls A day in the life Your day will be a blend of technical detective work and precision engineering. You'll dive into complex infrastructure challenges, diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues with expert skill.
