We are seeking newly licensed and experienced real estate professionals licensed in Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management in British Columbia to join Retina Realty as independent contractors.

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
*Responsibilities*
* Represent clients in the purchase, sale, lease, or rental of residential and commercial properties. * Build long-term client relationships through professional service and trusted advice. * Conduct market research and provide strategic guidance. * Prepare offers, contracts, and transaction documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance. * Negotiate transactions professionally and ethically. * Maintain compliance with the Real Estate Services Act, brokerage policies, and applicable regulations. * Collaborate with brokerage leadership and fellow Realtors. * Continue professional development and remain current with market trends and regulatory changes.
*Qualifications*
* Licensed in Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management in British Columbia. * Successfully completed the UBC Sauder Real Estate Trading and/or Rental Property Management Licensing Program. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused. * Organized with strong attention to detail. * Committed to ethical business practices and continuous professional development. * Comfortable learning and adopting new technology. * Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude.
