*Position Overview*
As an experienced Overnight Laundry Attendant, you understand the importance of accuracy, accountability, and maintaining a professional presence during overnight operations. You take pride in closing out the day with precision while ensuring late-arriving guests receive a seamless and welcoming experience. Working independently, you are responsible for performing laundry duties to ensure linens and towels are cleaned, folded, organized, and ready for daily operations. Additionally, assist with occasional guest requests.
Our Overnight Laundry Attendants have exposure to Evergreen?s regional management and may have opportunities to take on increased responsibility or transfer to other properties based on performance and interest.
*Responsibilities*
*Operational Duties*
* Conduct property walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and security * Support laundry and housekeeping operations, including running laundry cycles, folding linens, and re-stocking housekeeping supplies * Prepare the front desk and reports for the morning team * Maintain organized records and documentation
*Guest Services*
* Greet and assist guests during overnight hours in a professional and welcoming manner * Process late check-ins and early departures * Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies * Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations * Monitor property security and ensure a safe environment

*Skills and qualifications*
* Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred * Experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, Roomkey, etc.) is an asset * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable working independently overnight * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
