We are seeking a Licensed Hairstylist to join our Salon. In this role, you will contribute to creating beautiful styles for our loyal clientele while upholding our standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide professional hair styling and cutting services to clients. * Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the salon. * Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction. * Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. * Support team members in daily salon operations. * Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk presence.
*Qualifications*
* *Valid Hairstylist License for Ontario, Canada.* * *Registered with College of the Trades* * *Minimum 3 years experience* * Proven experience in hair styling and cutting. * Strong customer service skills. * Knowledge of sanitation procedures. * Ability to upsell products effectively. * Excellent communication skills. * Friendly, professional demeanor, and team-oriented attitude.
