*Job Overview:*
As a Warehouse Worker at our Equipment Rental Company, you are the backbone of our operations. You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, organization, and movement of a wide variety of rental equipment?from small tools and construction machinery to heavy equipment and event rentals.
*Responsibilities:*
Equipment Inspection & Maintenance:
* Conduct arrival and return inspections on all equipment to assess condition, damage, and cleanliness. * Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance logs.
Yard & Warehouse Organization:
* Keep the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. * Stage equipment for outgoing customer pickups or deliveries. * Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Customer & Operational Support:
* Provide basic instructions to customers on equipment operation (safety, setup, features) as needed. * Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
*Qualifications:*
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $21.81-$25.78 per hour
