*Responsibilities*
* Assist with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment under the supervision of senior mechanics * Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic mechanical tasks such as tightening bolts, replacing parts, and assembling components * Support in diagnosing mechanical issues by observing and reporting problems to lead technicians * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency * Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during work activities * Help with inventory management by organizing tools and parts needed for repairs
*Skills*
* Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential * Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. * Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards * Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately * Reliable work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
